Production Methology
We will be cultivating selected strains of industrial hemp and corn to extract our products from.
Each project will consist of just under 100,000 acres of crop cultivation with selected areas growing strains for specific purposes. The waste biomass will in all cases be used in the production of fuel pellets for the pyrolysis process.
Crop Cultivation
Industrial Hemp and Corn
We will be operating a crop rotation between industrial hemp and corn, with the corn harvest benefiting from the 15% yield uplift that comes from growing in the ground previously used for industrial hemp cultivation. The industrial hemp cultivation will focus on CBD extraction and fibre decortification, plus an acreage dedicated to the seed production for the following year. From all crops the biomass left over will be used to create pellets of a uniform size and composition for the pyrolysis process, and thereby ensure an even high quality biochar product.
Our Product Production Process

1
Decortification and Pellization
We will have mini processing hubs that are strategically placed to service up to 6,000 acres of output. The decortification units will extract the long fibres from the industrial hemp hurd. The pellets will then be shipped to the central processing plant in a carbon sympathetic manner.

2
Pyrolysis
Collecting all of the waste biomass pellets from the mini processing plants we will then put the pellets through our pyrolysis plants which will produce the BioChar, BioFuel, Syngas and waste heat for the electricity generation unit. We will be using a CO2 super-critical Rankine process in the power generation unit.

3
BioFuel and Syngas Processing
The BioChar will collected and extracted for sale. The resultant Syngas will be processed to produce the hydrogen that is required to turn the Bio-Oil into Sustainable Aviaton Fuel and Renewable Diesel. There will be no Syngas products leftover with the execption of CO2 which we will inject in cement during the production of concrete products.
