Zero waste product extraction

The long fibres will be extracted from the hurd part of the industrial hemp plant.  This is process that requires robust equipment as the hurd and the long fibres are very durable components.  These fibres can be used in the textile industry as replacement for cotton fibres, the paper and packaging sectors, or even in the production of building products.

The BioChar is approximately 30% of the weight of the biomass entering into the pyrolysis process and has a wide range of uses ranging from soil improvement, to water filtration, onto hemp plastics and hemp graphene production.

Produced by the processing of the Bio-Oil gases that are created during pyrolysis the onward refining and incorporation of the hydro carbons from the Syngas we are able to produce substantial volumes of SAF from each individual products.  In the USA the hydrogen consumed in the production of SAF is eligible for Hydrogen Tax Credits as well as the tax credits specifically associated with SAF

Again refined from the Bio-Oil and using the hydro-carbons from the syngas.  This product is experiencing increasing demands due to it's carbon footprint and the fact that no additional carbon is being released back into the atomosphere

Using the CO2 super critical Rankine methodology we will be producing green renewable energy from the waste heat of the pyrolysis process and the other refining activities that we will be utilising.

At the end of the pyrolysis process and the production of SAF and renewable diesel there will be waste CO2 which we will capture and inject into concrete products and lock away the CO2 for 100's of years.
