Production Tax Credits

Still available within Donald Trump's Big Beautiful Bill we will qualify for the highest rate of tax credits on the Mhw of electricity that we shall be generating on site.  We will be self sufficient for electricity supply at the central processing hub and excess power will be sold to the local grid.

Hydrogen Tax Credits

Hydrogen Tax Credits survived for a few more years with Donald Trump's Big Beautiful  Bill and we shall be ensuring that construction of the maximum number of processing plants is commenced before the cut off date for this particular tax credits.

All tax credits within the last Bill are capable of being sold forwards, but we are not planning to sell forwards due to our strong cashflows, even after allowing for our high levels of capital expenditure.

Credit for Carbon Oxide Sequestration

This tax credit is covered by section of S45Q of IRA and remains applicable for the duration of the financial forecasts.  We will qualify for the wage and apprenticeship uplifts for this tax credit. 

Clean Fuel Credits

An IRA tax credit that relates to S45Z of the climate legislation. 

BioFuel Incentives

This tax credit relates to S40A of the IRA and is available for all the years of our current financial forecast.

Carbon Credits and Renewable Energy Certificates

These are global credits and relate to the volume of CO2 sequestered or avoided across our downstream processes as the processes are dealing with the waste from prior processes and satisfy the additionality that is require to monetarise them.  We will be having different accrediations for different stages of our process as their in no one accrediation that is applicable for our whole process.

The renewable energy certificates relate to the volume of Mhw of electricity will be generating, even if the power is consumed internally.
